- Login to Fitbit app for Sense Controls Settings.
- Click on the Today Tab.
- Click on your profile picture which is showing Just on the Left Side on the top of the screen.
- Then Click on Sense.
- Scroll Down till you find On Wrist Calls and then tap on it. It will load for some time and your Set up On-wrist calls screen will appear and tell you to use the built-in mic and speaker to take Bluetooth calls hands-free. And to enable on-wrist calls on Fitbit Sense or Sense Controls.

Now Tap on the SEE INSTRUCTION button on Sense Control.
It will explain to you the steps to Set up On-wrist calls. Then, follow these steps:
1. Keep your Fitbit Sense device close to your phone.
2. Connect to Sense Controls from the “Available Devices list”.
3. If Sense Controls is already connected, tap the info icon and tap “Forget this device”. Then, reconnect.4. When you’re done, return to the Fitbit app to check if this feature is active.
- Now Tap on Start Setup, and it will take you directly to your mobile’s Bluetooth Settings. Here It should say Sense Controls.
- But If you don’t see it go to your Fitbit Sense Device. Swipe on left in your Fitbit Sense to show all your apps and Settings.
- Tap on the Settings icon. Scroll down to Vibration and Audio. Tap on that and again scroll down to Music controls & on-wrist calls.
- It will Say Sense Controls Waiting to pair. Go back to your phone’s Bluetooth Settings.
- Ideally, it should show Sense Controls in your device list. But lots many times It might show Sense Controls. For that, click on pair new device, and it should show Sense Controls for your Fitbit Sense.
- Now Tap on Sense Controls, and it will show, and a pop-up will appear like Pair with Sense Controls with our Bluetooth Pairing Code. Also, tick the check box which shows “Allow access to your contacts and call history” if you want to allow the app and device to access those details.
- If you don’t tick on that, it will not show the phone numbers and calls on the Fitbit Sense Smartwatch. The code which appears on the Mobile app should be the same and appear on your Fitbit Sense. Tap on the pair button on your mobile devices.
- After that, you will see on the watch that Sense Controls is paired. And on the Fitbit app, your “On-wrist calls are all set!”. It will allow you to use the built-in mic and speaker to take Bluetooth calls hands-free.

To use this feature you need to enable the Call Notification Option from the Phone.
Keep Your Phone Nearby for good call quality on Fitbit Sense:
You can only answer an incoming call from your watch if your phone is within the range of your Fitbit Sense device. If it’s not within the range, you may face distortion in the voice or you may not receive the call notification itself.
